The first part of this meeting we scheduled to help you settle into our community and learn a bit about the platform. We will start with a brief meditation followed by a check-in to get to know each other. We will also give a short presentation and give you a virtual tour of the membership platform that we’ll be using, how to log in, navigate and troubleshoot, and answer any questions you may have before we meet for the first practice group.
This part of the session will be recorded and available for later viewing in our archive once logged in. Don’t worry if you didn’t quite get it, we will also be available to support you with any issues independently after the Kick-off call. Email Celeste at celeste@IFSCommunityCafe.com.
The second part of this meeting will be a Practice Group, a bit shorter than a regular practice group, but we wanted to jump right in to give you a feel for how things will be in meetings to come. We will break out into smaller groups to allow you to meet and practice with your peers. We will offer guidance and support for this where needed. Before the end, we will return to the main group to share some reflections and a closing.
