Frequently Asked Questions
No. As long as you can receive and email and click on a link you will be fine. Our first meeting will be on zoom, and we’ll take all the time that you need to talk you through any concerns you may have. We will provide a demo to help you get on our platforms and we will also offer any personal support that you need.
If you are unsure about zoom, just let us know at celeste@ifscommunitycafe.com and we’ll walk you through everything that you will need.
For this membership you need to have at least a Level 1. We soon hope to serve our IFS Informed community as well. We know how frustrating it can be to be excluded from many IFS deepening and learning opportunities. If you wish to be updated about future offerings for IFS informed therapists and practioners please click here.
It depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for community where you can grow professionally as well as a place to hangout, this could be right for you. We believe that learning through practicing and role plays has so much value, no matter what level you are. We also see that that our own understanding and experience of the IFS model deepens in many ways. Sometimes in the context of seeing other’s learning edge, we come into connection with our own. In that case, this program could be great for you.
If you believe that your learning and development as a provider of IFS is best served by being groups of similarly experienced people, this program might not be right for you. We want to hear from you though, whether you have specific development needs or wishes (click here) or maybe you have something to offer (click here).
Though IFS Community Cafe is not like the Stepping Stones Program in teaching the model to people still unable to get into official IFSI trainings, we do offer a pathway for enrichment to those with a minimum IFSI Level 1 training. We are looking to develop a similar offering for those not yet officially trained by the IFS Institute. click here
YES! We believe that there is great value in learning from the diversity that comes with intermingling people with all kinds of backgrounds. Our only requirement (for now) is that you have completed the IFS Level 1 training.
At the moment we’re not offering officially recognized CEUs, but we are working towards making this possible. We will certainly be notifying our community when this is the case.
